Pair Income
|

400/- Rs per 2nd step pair incentive (maximum 50 pair on weekly income). This amount will be given after the deduction amount of 10% for the product coupon and TDS as per rules. Product coupon will be given to distributor deposit, amount of 200/- Rs or multiple in which he/she shall purchase any product available in the company.

On Weekly Business

Monthly Pair Business (Only for Diamonds)
|

The diamonds will get additional benefit of Rs.300/- on generation of 2nd steppers under X and Y in every month up to maximum 334 pairs. Pairs generated more than 334 in a month will be lapsed and difference of pairs generated under X &Y will be forwarded to next month.
For example –
-
On generation of 200 2nd steppers in x side and 150 2nd steppers in Y side, 150 pairs has been generated which means Rs 45000/- will be paid @ Rs 300/- on each pairs. The difference 50 i.e. (200-150) 2nd steppers of X side will be forwarded to next month calculation of pairs.

On generation of 500 2nd steppers in X side and 400 2nd steppers in Y side. 400 pairs has been generated but the diamond will be entitled to get income of Rs. 1,00,000/- (subject to deduction of TDS) up to 334 pairs only @ Rs. 300/- per pair. Pairs generated in excess of 334 pairs, i.e. 66 pairs will be lapsed and 100 2nd steppers of X side will be forwarded to next month calculation of pairs.

Weekly income for Diamond has been increased by 5000/- Rs. Per week
This additional income will be effective from 1st January 2011 and onwards. To those diamonds who will generate more than 50 pairs in a week.

Royalty Income

Rs. 1 Lac Per Month
|

Royalty Income will be started after Step-14. Amount will be given to diamond distributor till 60 months after one month from the date of completion of S-14 step.

Royalty Income will be calculated as per terms and conditions of tulip global, for tulip global business within a month.

Leadership Training
|

As per convenience of company special training seminar will be conducted for one day to those who has achieved the six steps in any ID.
|
|
Tourist Place Tour
|
-
If any distributor achieves the 11th step or more step on one ID in a year then, any tourist place tour in India will be given from the behalf of the company.
|
|
Foreign Traveling
|
-
After 1st January, 2011 achiever of step-14 (Diamond) husband-wife will be entitled for benefit of foreign travel only on one ID. If any person achieves diamond ship more than one ID in one year then benefit of foreign traveling will be given only one time.
|

|
|
